Wat is dat dan? Die Oevertuure? Nou, een groot meezing festijn voor jong en vooral oud waarin alle Nederlandstalige krakers voorbij komen. Met 1100 bezoekers in de zaal een uitverkocht huis….DUS De Deurdweilers waren ingehuurd als opwarmorkest en dat opwarmen is zeker gelukt! Een enorme wave ging door de zaal, de stembanden werden opgewarmd en ook de polonaise werd al gelopen! En dat terwijl de avond op het moment dat wij op de buhne stonden nog errug jong was…
Omdat carnaval in Brabant nog steeds berucht en beroemd is konden wij het niet laten om te blijven hangen. En die beslissing werd beloond met een oergezellige avond die veel goeds beloofd voor de rest van de dolle dagen!
Inmiddels is de sleuteloverdracht van de Gemeente Lingewaard ook alweer achter de rug. Met errug kleine oogjes verschenen de Deurdweilers her en der in Angeren om naar Herberg de Ploeg te waggelen… Van daaruit zijn alle carnavallisten in een grote stoet door Angeren getrokken om in de tussentijd het Keutje nog even een opfrisbeurt te geven. Ook de festiviteiten in het Dorpshuis werden door ons opgeluisterd.

We hebbuhh een woonbooooot, hij ligt in de Amstel. We hebben een schuitje, dat is ons ideaaaaaaaaaaaall! Kortom, de sfeer zit er al goed in!
